  1. Lower Power Requirements
    • Very Low Fan Power Required
    • Very Low Water Pump Head Required
  2. Thermal Performance
    • Inherent Natural Draft Capacity
    • High Performance Munters Fill
    • Towers are Sized Using Computer Code
  3. Materials (See Engineering. Spec)
    • Virtually Corrosion Proof
    • High Quality Materials
    • Light Weight
    • Aesthetically Appealing
  4. Environmental Impact
    • Virtually No Vibration
    • Extremely Low Acoustic Noise
    • Extremely Low Drift
    • Self Washing Basin Resist Biological Growth
  5. Installation
    • Can easily Be Site Assembled
    • All Parts Can Be Carried Through Standard Door
    • Overall Weight is Very Low
  6. Maintenance
    • 4 Hand Bolts Give Full Access To Cold Water Basin
    • Max. 32 Bolts Give Full Access To Tower Fill Section
    • Fill Segmented in 1’ x 1’ x 6’ (Max.) Pieces for Easy Cleaning
    • Maintenance Free V-Belt Reducer
  7. Costs
    • Costs Much Less Than Conventional Towers

Aqua-Loop Cooling Towers are designed to minimize fan power and water pump head requirements resulting in low operating costs

  1. HIGH EFFICIENCY IMPELLERS
    • Extra Wide Blade
    • Light Weight Fan
    • Low RPM
  2. LOW STATIC PRESSURE LOSSES
    • Large inlet cross sectional area
    • Munters fill with alternating tips for low pressure drop
    • Smooth wall in casing reduces air turbulence
    • Gradual taper from casing to fan inlet
    • Airflow is nearly laminar in casting to inlet transition region
    • Fan inlet has an elliptical inlet bell sized for minimum resistance
  3. UTILIZES LOW VELOCITY WATER DISTRIBUTION SYSTEM
    • Water reaches the fill via gravity feed system without the need for high pressure nozzles
    • Less number of bends in piping system required
  4. TOWER CONTOUR INDUCES NATURAL DRAFTING CAPABILITY
    • The tower can be run without the fan running. Natural draft driven by buoyancy force due to air density differences, can attain up to 30% of maximum tower capability.
